You can leave—and take your data with you.

Deleting your Quackive account is permanent. The in-app flow is the fastest and most secure way to make the request.

Delete your account in Quackive

  1. 1Open Me, then Account & sync.
  2. 2Open Privacy & data and find Delete Quackive account.
  3. 3Type DELETE, review the final warning, and confirm.

The request is authenticated with your current Quackive session. If the server cannot complete it, nothing is removed and you remain signed in so you can try again.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@quackive.app from the sign-in email on your account with the subject “Quackive account deletion request.” Do not send a password or sign-in code. We will verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

  • your Quackive sign-in and profile;
  • personal saves, capture records, People notes, and taste profile;
  • outings, memories, Ask records stored by the service, and private media;
  • your membership in shared folders and friend connections.

If you own a shared folder that still has members, ownership transfers to the longest-standing remaining member so their shared items are not erased. A folder with no other member is deleted with your account.

If you used Sign in with Apple

After Quackive confirms deletion, revoke the remaining Apple authorization on your iPhone: open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Quackive → Stop Using Apple ID. This removes the connection managed by Apple; Quackive has already removed your account data.

After deletion

You are signed out and the deleted account cannot be restored. If you later sign in again, Quackive treats it as a new account. Limited security, legal, and provider backup records may remain for their normal retention windows and are not used to recreate your deleted account.
